1. The service
flashy.bot is personal intelligence available through a web workspace and configured messaging channels. Features depend on the connections enabled for your deployment.
2. Your account
Phone verification opens your account. Keep control of your phone number and do not share verification codes. Connecting a messenger is a separate step.
3. Your content and connections
Your workspace holds conversations and personal context. The vault lets you manage information you choose to save. Review the permissions of any service before connecting it.
4. AI output and actions
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important information and review consequential actions before relying on them. A preview or setup screen does not mean an external action has happened.
5. Before these terms become effective
The operator must confirm the contracting entity, eligibility, acceptable-use rules, content rights, fees, termination, liability, dispute process, contact details, and effective date. This interface draft does not establish those terms.
