1. Current availability
WhatsApp setup is an interface preview in this version of Flashy. Opening the setup dialog does not send a message, register your phone number with WhatsApp, or connect an account.
2. Separate from sign-in
SMS phone verification is used to access Flashy. It is not a WhatsApp pairing code and does not authorize ongoing WhatsApp messages.
3. Planned connection flow
Once a live connector is available, the flow should identify the destination account, explain what will be shared, request channel-specific consent, and confirm a connection only after the service verifies it.
4. Terms awaiting confirmation
Provider details, supported message types, disconnect and opt-out procedures, data handling, support, and an effective date must be confirmed before enabling WhatsApp delivery.
